Robby and the RKG crew handled everything. A toilet flange broke and water ran continuously for about seven hours. It leaked through walls and out onto the patio and driveway. A different company was hired to start the water remediation, but weren’t making much progress. Robby and the team took over and completed all of the work. After initially meeting with Robby, I knew he was going to be committed, and if I had problems, they’re going to get solved. That was really a confidence booster for me and giving Robby the bigger contract. He started the next day. Robby made sure I was deeply involved in the design and had great communication. I love the kitchen, the granite counterops and evertyhing we picked out together.

I’ve lived in this house for three years now, and we’ve used RKG for at least two or three different renovation projects.

Our home first flooded in November 2023, and RKG came in and completely redid our flooring, bathroom counters, laundry counters, and walls. Then, in December 2024, we had another flood in our master bathroom. There was no one else I would even consider calling.

They’re incredible to work with. Their work is top-notch, the team is respectful, and the whole experience was seamless.

They came out again and redid our entire master bathroom—floors, walls, counters, vanities, everything. I only have amazing things to say. Robby is just a text or call away, always responds quickly, understands exactly what I want, and delivers every time. I couldn’t be happier with the work they’ve done.
